As the Human Resources Officer, you are responsible for providing extra support for the everyday operations of the HR Team. Your role is to guarantee that all employees are kept productive and inspired. Together with your team, you will also be managing various people programs related to engagement, compensation & benefits, and training among others.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Law or any related course.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR.
- Knowledge in recruitment processes, compensation and benefits administration, labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
