Oversee and enhance the efficiency of human resources operations and processes within the organization. This role ensures that HR policies, procedures, and systems are effectively implemented and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentive plans, employee benefits, and recognition programs. Analyzing compensation data and market trends to ensure viable pay practices and alignment with organizational goals. Employee benefits management includes regulating and coordinating the process and availment of employee benefits such as, but not limited to, HMOs, life and accident insurance, statutory government benefits, retirement plans, leave management, and other employee perks.

Continuous Improvement

Identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and standardization within HR operations. Implementing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall employee experience.

Employee Lifecycle Management

Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle process, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, career development, and offboarding. Ensuring a positive employee experience at every stage of the employee journey.

Employee Engagement And Retention

Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention. Implementing programs and activities to promote a positive work culture, employee recognition, and work-life balance.

Training And Development

Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. Identify training needs, coordinate training activities, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Policy Development And Compliance

Establish and regulate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards. Ensuring that HR practices adhere to legal requirements and industry best practices.

Talent Acquisition And Recruitment

Oversee the whole recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring resolution. Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, as well as ensuring positive candidate experience.

HR Metrics And Reporting

Evaluate HR metrics and data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure HR effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on HR assessments.

HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Management

Oversee the implementation and management of HRIS software and systems to assist HR functions, including employee data management, reporting, and analytics. Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality within HR systems.

Strategic HR Planning

Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives. This may involve workforce planning, talent management plan of action, and succession planning.

Leadership And Team Management

Spearhead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to HR staff. Setting goals, evaluating performance, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Vendor Management

Managing relationships with HR service providers, including payroll vendors, benefits brokers, HR consultants, and software vendors. Evaluating vendor performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements are met.
