The People Operations Contractor is responsible for supporting key human resources functions, with a primary focus on administering employee benefits, managing leave of absence and workers’ compensation processes, and ensuring policy compliance through regular audits. This role plays a critical part in enhancing employee experience by providing accurate information on benefits programs and responding to related inquiries. The contractor will maintain effective documentation, support HR reporting, and collaborate across teams and external partners, while demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

The main responsibilities of a PEOPLE OPERATIONS CONTRACTOR include:
- Administering benefits, leave of absence (LOA), and workers’ compensation processes.
- Reporting benefits plan information to upper management.
- Providing information to explain changes in benefits to employees and answering employee queries about benefits policies.
- Conducting audits of benefits packages and policies to ensure that the company’s processes are compliant.
- Strong service orientation, and an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with users, peers, office and firm management, and outside business partners
- Strong organizational skills, including effective documentation management and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines in a professional and positive manner
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong work ethic with willingness and ability to assume new tasks and responsibilities
