Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and SOPs
- Support HR documentation and process improvements
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a remote setting
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong stable internet connection (essential for remote work)
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
