● Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

● Handle employee terminations and ensure proper documentation.

● Support HR initiatives to improve company culture and employee satisfaction.

● Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.

● Assist in performance management, including goal setting and evaluations.

● Plan and organize employee engagement activities.

● Ensure legal compliance with labor laws in employment practices.

● Assist in payroll processing for accurate and timely compensation.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.

● Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.

● Excellent communication and organizational skills.

● Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

● Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

● Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
