Human Resource Officer

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and orientation.
• Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and providing support for performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Implement HR policies and support organizational change initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
• Conduct training programs and support employee development initiatives.
• Support management in disciplinary and termination processes as needed.
