- Partner with business heads to align people strategies with organizational goals.
- Lead workforce planning, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Champion employee engagement, culture-building, and labor relations.
- Coach and guide managers on leadership, performance, and discipline practices.
- Use HR analytics to deliver insights that shape business decisions.
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field (Masters/HR certifications a plus).
- Strong grasp of Philippine labor laws and CBA administration.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG industries preferred.
- Excellent communicator and coach with strong business acumen.
