Responsibilities:
- Acquisition, selection, and placement of best candidates for designated position under External Manpower Service Provider in Mindanao
- Monitoring the compliance of all External Manpower Service Provider to VFI's process in accordance to standard
- Acts as the company's internship focal person that manages end-to-end internship program with schools/universities/business partners ensuring that guidelines and policies are well implemented.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course preferably in Psychology and Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development
- Excellent communication skills both in oral and written
- Good organizational skills and keen attention to details
- Organize and and can work under pressure
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
