- Process shipping documents, manifest, billing, input & post costs, track & trace events, and pre-alert to overseas stations,
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractor for transportation arrangement.
- Book space with carriers
- Process consolidation and co-ordination with CFS.
- Closing of tasks in TANGO after ATD
- Close P/L statements within deadline.
- Adhere to in-house customers’ requirements.
- Ensure prompt and accurate declaration / information to carrier or co-loader.
- Ensure consolidations to destinations are optimized at all times.
- Process permit application for skybridge shipments.
- Ensure all the jobs are processed on time with no storage.
- Provide assistance to other team members.
- Query handling for any shipment related questions
- Handle and execute Healthcare/Pharma shipments (documentation) as per organizational guidelines, customer requirements and GDP Principles.
- Makes clear and effective oral presentations to individuals and groups.
- Practices advance analytical skills on handling issues using relevant data.
- Contributes improvement ideas.
- Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals (DTP) when required.
- Participate actively on all required team meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.
- Compliance with the work procedures & data privacy
- Daily Huddle board updates
- Daily update of Productivity files
- Work overtime and/on weekends when required.
- Must be a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management or any Logistics related course.
- Minimum of 2 yrs. work experience.
- Communicates effectively (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail
- Team Player
- Is able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
