EDUCATION


Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral science, human resource, management, finance, social science, allied health services, public administration/management, industrial engineering, law, or other fields relevant to the job

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


A. Attendance and Payroll Related Transactions of PCC Personnel under Individual and Institutional Contract of Service (COS):

1. Prepare and process the obligation of salaries of PCC personnel under individual COS;

2. Receive and monitor the submission of bi-monthly payroll documents of PCC personnel under individual and institutional COS;

3. Validate bi-monthly attendance records of PCC personnel under individual COS;

4. Prepare and process bi-monthly salary payroll of PCC personnel under individual COS;

5. Monitor monthly attendance, including availment of compensatory time-off, of PCC personnel under individual COS;

6. Prepare and process last salary claims of separated PCC personnel under individual COS;

7. Prepare and process annual Gratuity Pay of qualified PCC personnel under individual COS; and

8. Coordinate with the institutional COS provider relative to Item No. 2 above.

B. Overtime Pay for PCC employees

1. Receive and monitor the submission of requirements for overtime pay of PCC employees;

2. Validate and update in the PCC Human Resource Information System (HRIS) monthly daily time records (DTR) for overtime services of PCC employees;

3. Prepare and process overtime pay of PCC employees; and

4. Monitor overtime claims and compensatory overtime credits of PCC employees.
