In This Role, You Will

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for a fast-paced BPO tech environment

Partner with leaders to shape workforce plans and people strategies

Build a strong recruitment team and improve hiring processes

Support employee engagement, development, and performance management

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

At least 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role covering both recruitment and HR business partnering

Proven track record managing high-volume recruitment in a BPO and/or technology-driven organization

Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development

Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and people strategy

In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices

Experience building and leading recruitment teams, including setting targets and measuring performance

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR and recruitment metrics for decision-making

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
