Responsible to establish effective training courses, build and develop excellent human relations and good leadership culture in the organization through training intervention.


  • Facilitates design and implementation of company-wide personnel training, career development and succession process.
  • Conducts Training Needs Analysis to identify the relevant training intervention across all functions.
  • Consolidate such training need into a training calendar for the year and ensure the timely and efficient implementation of such training plan.
  • Ensure an effective and efficient conduct of training using internal and external resources, in accordance with the training plan/calendar.
  • Ensure a systematic and effective measurement and evaluation of training effectiveness against competency requirements.
  • Maintain and update records of training (training information system) as well as records of training resource person.
