What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• HR Administration: Process HR transactions such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, and benefits administration.
• Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of HR best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  
  
  

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR or a shared services environment.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR shared services or HR operations.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).

• Office environment with occasional remote work options.
