The External Workforce Center (EWFC) partners with the business to engage a compliant
external workforce that delivers on the business needs.
The EWFC provides managers with the resources required to engage External Workers in
a positive and compliant way. This includes implementing and administering guidelines,
policies, and processes for managers which help them engage with External Workers in
their daily operations.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
In this role you will perform tasks within the external workforce lifecycle within SAP. You
will respond to queries and perform transactions related to External Workers through
phone calls, online tickets, and e-mails from managers/colleagues as well as third party
vendors.
You will also act as a consultant to managers to educate them on the correct engagement
of External Workers ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
This role requires the handling of confidential data using HR systems and tools.
