Key Areas Of Responsibility

• The primary responsibility of the role is to respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, processes, and procedures.
• Represents the company as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from current and former employees, third parties, and vendors.
• Interacts with managers, employees and external parties via the HR portal, emails, or chats.
• Works directly with employees, HRBPs, Global Process Owners, and other stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Escalates queries to HRBP, Global Process Owner, or Subject Matter Expert if needed.
• Creates and updates knowledge articles as needed.
• Provides feedback regarding the accuracy of knowledge articles and documented processes to the HR Team Lead or Manager.
• Participates in HR initiatives and projects as needed.
• Basic Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Psychology, Human Resource Management)
• 1-3 years of related experience is ideal.
• Previous experience in HR Administration or Shared Services environment (preferably in a large corporation with 500+ employees is an advantage)
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent business writing and communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and similar HR tools is preferred.
• Prior experience in Customer Support or Incident Management is preferred
