HR Recruitment Specialist

Handle end-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, Job Posting and Onboarding process;

Attracting suitable candidates through different data base, online employment forums, social media, different job portals and etc.;

Creating job banners/job ads to be posted online;

Manage all official job portals and social media pages of the company for job posting and sourcing of applicants;

Conducting initial interviews via phone/zoom/face-to-face;

Sorting applicants to fill open positions;

Assessing applicants knowledge, skills and experiences to best suit open position;

Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity;

Conduct and process Job Fairs and other recruitment activities;

Provide recruitment reports (daily, weekly and monthly);

Discussion of Job Offer to applicants;

Assisting daily operation of HR Department especially on recruitment;

Other duties assigned by the management.
