A day in the life:
- Acts as end to end SME of ensuring all activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Responsible in identifying relevant controls in the end-to-end process and ensure consistent application across all teams.
- Identifies, proposes and executes process initiatives to ensure efficiency and improve performance, partnering with Process Optimizer
- Drive and coordinate workstream reviews and co-facilitate MOR to ensure timely resolution of open items.
- Coaches and trains the team members to address the end to end functional capability building needs (connecting the dots)
- Drive Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible, through:
- Support in identification of opportunity for automation and analytics, conduct and document feasibility together with PO, operations and BSA/Analytics team.
- Lead process improvement projects relevant to metrics, trend analysis and market feedback
- Sharing of good practices and success stories across organization (expert network) that would help in process improvement and efficiency
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any related course
- Analytical skills and has experience in end to end payroll processing (basic payroll reconciliation is a plus)
- Proficient in SAP
- Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-placed environment with multiple priorities; ability to work on large quantities of data and assignments simultaneously
- Experienced in project management and/or working in a global environment
- Has a Good Communication skills
- Has experience in dealing with stakeholders
