• 
  Handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs.

• Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource functions (talent acquisition, learning, total rewards, etc.), employee relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices, human resource program managers and technology specialists.
