Job Summary
- Provides assistance to the team's needs with direct and strict supervision.
- Familiarize existing processes within the team to execute the assigned tasks accurately with supervision
- Assist in the proper filing of specific documentations (e.g. 201 files)
- Assist in documentation of new joiners.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, sense of urgency, and completeness of tasks
- 3rd / 4th Year Level in College of relevant course, preferably in BSBA Human Resources Management or BS Psychology
- Has great attention to detail
- High interest to make a career within the banking industry is a plus factor
