Job Qualification
Graduate of BS Psychology, Business Administration, or other related courses
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
Duties And Responsibilities
Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Maintaining accurate employee records and updating human resources information systems
Providing support for employee onboarding, orientation, and training
Processing payroll and timekeeping
Preparing disciplinary notices for employees
Handling employee inquiries and addressing HR-related concerns
Collaborating with managers to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Participating in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
Continuously improving HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
Salary Range
15,000 - 17,000
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM

Llanar Bldg, Xavierville Avenue, 77 Loyola Heights, Quezon City
