Role Overview: As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a key role in overseeing HR administrative functions and strategic initiatives that support the overall business operations. You will manage the entire HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with HR policies and government regulations. You will be instrumental in driving employee satisfaction, performance management, and delivering insights from data analysis to improve organizational effectiveness.

- Employee Onboarding & Integration: Lead the New Hire Orientation (NHO) process, ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience that sets the tone for employee success.
- Employee Database Management: Oversee and manage accurate, confidential employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards.
- Compensation & Benefits Management: Supervise the implementation of compensation structures and benefits packages, ensuring alignment with government-mandated requirements and company policies.
- Performance Management: Manage and track the annual performance appraisal process, offering recommendations for employee development, promotions, and rewards.
- Employee Engagement & Feedback: Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, including conducting regular focus group discussions, surveys, and analyzing feedback to improve workplace culture.
- Offboarding & Exit Interviews: Ensure efficient handling of terminations, resignations, and retirements, conducting thorough exit interviews to gather insights for retention strategies.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on key HR metrics, including attrition rates, payroll headcount, leave balances, employee sanctions, promotions, and terminations. Utilize data to identify trends and collaborate with the HR Manager to develop action plans for continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all HR documentation is completed accurately, timely, and in line with legal requirements, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and safety.
- Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the HR Manager to identify HR challenges, propose solutions, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on administrative functions and strategic HR operations.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compensation structures.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
