Key Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and development plans.
• Support company-wide initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Utilize HR systems and digital tools to streamline HR operations and data management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR or leadership roles in communities or organizations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in IT systems and tools, with the ability to adapt to HR management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Empathy and a people-first mindset to support employee well-being.
