Job Description:
- Handles 201 files, master list and updating it to the system.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensures employees’ compliance with company rules and regulations pertinent to the contents of the company’s code of conduct and discipline.
- Conducts case investigations; prepares documentation and recommendations for corrective/disciplinary actions; facilitates admin hearing.
- Responsible for all payroll, leave and timekeeping processes and related activities.
- Support recruitment and manpower needs
- Full responsibility representing the company in dealing with all suppliers, negotiating contracts, and keeping records up to date.
- Organize and provide daily freebies, water, HMO, Uniform, and other needs of the employees and management.
- Collaborate with the needs of department heads and prepare weekly HR report.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or related course.
- At least 3 years of experience on the related field
- With good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confident to deal with executives, client, and employees.
- Highly trainable, hardworking, flexible, with keen attention to details and can work with minimal supervision.
- Can manage time and stress; can make sound decisions.
- Must be proactive.
