HR Manager/Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Supervisor located in Quezon City. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for managing employee relations, overseeing performance management systems, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and managing day-to-day HR operations. Other tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate training programs to support employee development and performance; coach and guide HR team members to ensure excellence in execution and to ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry standards

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Experience Level: 58 years of relevant HR experience.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership development and people management skills.
• Skills and Competencies: Proven ability in process management and organizational development.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Skills and Competencies: Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of HR Policies and best practices
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
