Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Manager with expertise in Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Administration. This role will be responsible for designing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives that attract, motivate, and retain talent while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.


Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Design, implement, and maintain compensation structures, including salary bands, job evaluations, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Lead the annual compensation review cycle, including merit increases, bonus programs, and salary adjustments.
  • Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with vendors and brokers on benefits design, renewals, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation and benefits-related matters.


Payroll Administration:

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and internal controls related to payroll.
  • Maintain payroll records and manage audits, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Partner with finance and accounting teams for month-end and year-end payroll activities.
  • Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Implement process improvements and automation where applicable to enhance payroll efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional certification such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist), or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
