Support training and development programs to enhance workforce skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related field
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proficient in HR software systems and tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
