Job Description:

HR Cycle Management

• Oversee all HR functions from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead and mentor the HR team for effectiveness and growth.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review and update HR policies to reflect labor laws, company changes, and best practices.
• Continuously assess and improve HR policies to support strategic goals and compliance.

Talent Development & Performance Management

• Lead the creation and execution of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) aligned with company objectives.
• Manage talent development projects to support employee growth.
• Collaborate with managers to evaluate performance and identify skill gaps.
• Facilitate training, mentorship, and coaching programs aligned with IDP goals.
• Regularly review and update IDP frameworks to reflect organizational needs.

Culture & Employee Engagement

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and reinforce company values.
• Design annual activities to foster teamwork, morale, and a positive work environment.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen company culture and improve retention.

Succession Planning & Organizational Development

• Develop a succession plan to identify and nurture future leaders.
• Integrate succession planning with IDPs to support career progression.
• Maintain and update the organizational chart for clear departmental structures.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience, with expertise in HR functions, employee relations, talent development, and performance management.
• Proficiency in compensation and benefits management, including compliance and policy development.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee talent development and succession planning initiatives.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and developing HR teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS and other relevant HR software, and a deep understanding of HR processes.
• Empathy, integrity, and the ability to create strategies that enhance employee engagement and align with company values. Knowledge of HR laws in Singapore is an advantage.
