Key Responsibilities:

  1. General HR Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Manage and support HR team members, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Capacity Development, and Payroll staff.
    • Set up and optimize internal HR operations and productivity monitoring.
  2. Recruitment:
    • Guide the Recruitment Team to attract and hire top talent.
    • Take hands-on involvement in executive recruitment processes.
    • Ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with organizational needs.
  3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Guide the Employee Relations and Engagement Lead.
    • Oversee internal employee relations cases and ensure timely and fair resolution.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  4. Capacity Development:
    • Work with the Capacity Development team to tie training initiatives to the company's bottom line and revenue metrics.
    • Ensure all training programs support the organization's strategic goals and employee development.
  5. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
    • Supervise the Payroll Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
    • Oversee benefits administration, including timely processing of benefits applications and maternity/sickness reimbursements to government entities.
  6. Performance Management:
    • Supervise the Performance Analyst to ensure 100% of employees have clear KPIs and performance report cards are updated monthly.
    • Oversee the performance management system and ensure it aligns with organizational objectives.
  7. Policy Development and Compliance:
    • Collaborate with HR sub-teams to develop and update company policies.
    • Ensure policies are compliant with labor laws and effectively communicated across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with a proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and analytics tools.
  • Experience with performance management systems and capacity development strategies.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in HR analytics and HRMS.
  • Experience with Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Preferably familiar with low-code or no-code automations for process optimization.
