The Opportunity at a Glance
We’re hiring a strategic and experienced HR Lead to join a fast-scaling NDIS support organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality disability services. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup with full benefits.
As our first HR hire, you’ll play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable HR systems that align with Australian NDIS compliance standards. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of healthcare workforce structures, rostering, and Fair Work compliance—ready to build a people function from the ground up while contributing directly to service excellence and operational growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design, document, and implement HR processes that meet NDIS, Fair Work, and internal governance standards
- Develop short- and long-term workforce planning models based on service demand, compliance, and budget forecasts
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce integration in line with NDIS screening and reporting requirements
- Create and manage staff rosters, capacity plans, and utilisation strategies to ensure client coverage and efficiency
- Guide leadership on performance management, professional development, and employee relations
- Support and lead audits, policy reviews, and updates to reflect legislative changes

What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:
- Have 5+ years of experience in HR, with senior or strategic planning responsibilities
- Bring proven experience in NDIS compliance, workforce structures, and healthcare operations
- Have hands-on knowledge of workforce forecasting, rostering, and HR systems
- Are confident leading recruitment, onboarding, and performance frameworks from scratch
- Understand Fair Work legislation, NDIS Worker Screening, and healthcare compliance standards
- Communicate clearly and can collaborate effectively with both frontline staff and executive leadership

Work Schedule & Employment Terms
