The Intern shall be responsible for the following tasks and assignments:

  • Distributing and managing candidate questionnaires to facilitate recruitment assessments.
  • Help with drafting job descriptions and other HR-related documents
  • Conducting timely follow-ups with potential candidates to ensure engagement and responsiveness.
  • Designing and developing job advertisement materials for recruitment campaigns.
  • Posting job openings on LinkedIn page and other relevant platforms to attract applicants.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed candidate profiles using Canva for recruitment documentation and
  • endorsement to clients.
  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and documenting sourced applicants for organized record-keeping.
  • Updating and maintaining candidate pipelines within PeopleHum for accurate applicant tracking.
  • Assisting in drafting and preparing employment contracts and related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Able to commit to a remote internship setup
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus
  • Must have endorsement or MOA from your school
  • Must be able to complete a minimum of 450 hours.
  • preferably available to start immediately or by the end of April.
