The Intern shall be responsible for the following tasks and assignments:
- Distributing and managing candidate questionnaires to facilitate recruitment assessments.
- Help with drafting job descriptions and other HR-related documents
- Conducting timely follow-ups with potential candidates to ensure engagement and responsiveness.
- Designing and developing job advertisement materials for recruitment campaigns.
- Posting job openings on LinkedIn page and other relevant platforms to attract applicants.
- Creating and maintaining detailed candidate profiles using Canva for recruitment documentation and
- endorsement to clients.
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn.
- Monitoring, tracking, and documenting sourced applicants for organized record-keeping.
- Updating and maintaining candidate pipelines within PeopleHum for accurate applicant tracking.
- Assisting in drafting and preparing employment contracts and related documentation.
- Remote internship experience with a global HR team
- Certification upon successful completion
- Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing, if required by your school
- Flexible schedule
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals
- Two positions available
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Able to commit to a remote internship setup
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus
- Must have endorsement or MOA from your school
- Must be able to complete a minimum of 450 hours.
