Schedule: Monday to Friday - Onsite (Night Shift)

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in recruitment and employee engagement, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting both employees and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Assist with HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
• Provide support in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work onsite on a night shift schedule (Monday to Friday).
