Job Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for providing support in various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and records management. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding and Orientation: Welcome new hires, prepare welcome banners, and introduce them to company policies and employment concerns.
Timekeeping and Payroll Administration: Prepare timekeeping forms, ensure accuracy and completeness, and submit payroll reports on time.
Compensation Management: Enroll employees in company benefits, process final pay, and facilitate HR processes for resigning, retiring, or terminated employees.
Company Benefits and Government Benefits Administration: Process employee benefits, renew HMO and insurance, and monitor employee perfect attendance incentives.
Industrial and Employee Relations: Communicate company policies, design employee relations programs, and gather feedback from employees.
Records Management: Monitor and maintain efficient records management of HRMD files, including 201 files, memos, and policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.
2-3 Years Of Professional Experience In Human Resources Functions.
Considerable knowledge in labor law compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong skills in using MS Office applications.
