We’re hiring an HR & Engagement Specialist – People Operations to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone early in their HR career who wants to make a real impact in a remote-first, high-growth company.
Your Mission
You'll be the energy behind our internal culture — celebrating our people, keeping communication flowing, and helping every team member feel seen, supported, and connected.
What a Week Might Look Like
- Designing a fun Slack campaign to boost morale or highlight team wins
- Planning birthday and work anniversary shoutouts
- Helping a new hire feel welcome from day one
- Supporting performance check-ins and documentation
- Researching wellness ideas or DEI best practices to share with the team
- Coordinating billing data and helping keep HR records clean and updated
- Loves working with people and is always thinking of ways to brighten someone’s day
- Communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating with others
- Is detail-oriented but also creative
- Has experience (or is eager to learn) with tools like Slack, Canva, and GSuite
- A fully remote setup – work where you’re most comfortable
