About the role:

Managing documents, employee contracts, BIR Form 2316, government-mandated benefits, and HMO benefits in the Philippines involves specific administrative tasks to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Contract Management
  • Preparation and Review- Draft employee contracts detailing job roles, compensation, benefits, and company policies.
  • Maintenance- Keep updated copies of contracts for all employees in secure files.

2. BIR Form 2316( Annual Tax Return Certificate), Government- mandated Benefits and HMO(for regular employees)

  • Collection and Processing- Collect tax information and compute the total compensation and tax withheld for each employee annually. Accurately recorded for the document control.
  • Filing with the BIR and Compliance Monitoring- Stay updated on BIR Tax regulations and deadlines.

3. Record-keeping and Reporting
