Develop and implement effective HR policies and programs

Monitor employee performance and implement improvement plans as needed
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in human resources
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with staff at all levels
Ability to develop strategic relationships across departments to support organizational goals
Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and drive decision-making processes
