- Lead and develop global HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement
- Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth and change management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international HR best practices
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across regions
- Support leadership development and succession planning globally
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in the IT or tech industry
- Proven experience working in a global or multi-national environment
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
