HR Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for human resources and a commitment to ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. This role will handle a variety of HR tasks, from managing employee inquiries and maintaining records to assisting with onboarding and benefits administration

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the HR general email and ticketing system, responding promptly and efficiently to employee inquiries.
• Assist employees with reporting safety incidents and maintain accurate records.
• Create, organize, and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Guide employees through HR processes, answering questions about policies and procedures.
• Support various HR functions, including benefits administration, onboarding, and payroll-related tasks.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proficiency in various HR functional areas, including payroll/timekeeping, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and a "can-do" attitude.
