About The Team

The HR Business Partner will support all HR functions and collaborate on strategic initiatives, while enhancing the organization's human resources through the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies and programs.

Job Description

  • Collaborate and partner with business leaders in ensuring the implementation and adherence to HR policies, processes, and systems, aligning with the business requirements and labor regulations.
  • Advise on workforce planning, identify and address talent gaps, and develop strategies to meet the business needs through recruitment, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Lead performance management initiatives and work with reporting managers in improving employee productivity and addressing performance gaps
  • Foster positive employee relations through open communication, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless transitions on organizational changes.
  • Manage and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommend actions aligned with business goals.
  • Do site visits/audits as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent courses
  • With at least 4-5 years of demonstrated track record in general HR and/or HR Business Partnering; experience in handling employees in a logistics/warehousing environment is an advantage
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Detail-oriented and has excellent organizational skills
  • Experienced in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management
  • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
