The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and driving organizational success. As an HR Business Partner, the incumbent will collaborate closely with senior leadership, business units, and employees to implement HR initiatives that support the achievement of business goals.

This is a full-time role and on an On-site set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Know-how

  • Strategic HR Expertise:
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of HR principles, policies, and processes to align human capital strategies with business goals.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure HR initiatives are current and compliant.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Talent Enablement and Development: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.

PROBLEM-SOLVING

  • Conflict Resolution:
    • Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and fair manner, promoting a positive work environment.
    • Collaborate with management to identify root causes of conflicts and implement proactive measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Change Management:
    • Lead and facilitate HR initiatives during organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to employee morale and productivity.
    • Guide change management strategies and communication plans to facilitate effective implementation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies based on data insights to enhance workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.


ACCOUNTABILITY

  • HR Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate legal risks.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HR processes are aligned with compliance requirements.



  • Business Partnership:
    • Collaborate closely with client leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, providing HR solutions that support the achievement of organizational goals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to management, offering strategic insights and guidance on workforce planning and organizational development.



  • Performance Management
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, guiding leadership on performance improvement plans and recognition programs.
    • Track and report key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree: Bachelors in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • HRBP Experience: 3+ years in BPO/outsourcing, focusing on workforce alignment.
  • Communication: Strong English skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Labor Compliance: Expertise in Philippine labor laws & HR best practices.
  • HR Operations: 3-5 years managing onboarding, C&B, performance, ER, HRIS, and offboarding.
