Job Description
- Act as a strategic partner to coach business stakeholders on various HR issues covering but not limited to hiring, performance management, engagement, labor, attrition, and organizational policies
- Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. For more senior candidates, coordinate closely with executive management to plan and drive the HR strategy for the business
- Support employee communications including policy cascades, reminders, and other HR initiatives
- Coordinate with parallel teams related to employee case resolution, engagement activities, payroll and benefits, and other administrative concerns
- Ensure HR compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements and audits
- Assist with implementation of new and ongoing business initiatives, as needed
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders and be willing to cater to urgent employee requests potentially outside regular working hours
- Demonstrated success in setting up and providing strategic HR support for a new company or business unit is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; post-graduate degree in Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, or other course in Human Resources is a plus
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or equivalent cross-functional exposure in different HR facets. Background in Labor Relations is a plus
- Strong mindset for problem solving, continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations
- Great team player and works well with others
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Operates with a high degree of integrity and stellar work ethics
- Capability to work in a multicultural environment is a must
