We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Analyze workforce trends and provide data-driven insights for talent management
Build strong relationships with employees and provide guidance on HR policies
Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and engagement
Support recruitment efforts by identifying talent needs and participating in interviews
Monitor employee performance and facilitate feedback processes
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR or related fields
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively within teams and influence stakeholders
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving
