The People Partner (HRBP) is an internal consultant providing an enabling business support role. The role may be
Specialist or Generalist in nature. The HRBP is a trusted partner and has a seat at the leadership table for the
programs they handle working on medium to longer term objectives.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- Responsible for leading the professional area; bringing evidence-based practice into the organization
- Support organization effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions aligned to strategy.
- Lead the HR vision, including role modelling great personal and team leadership and taking an active role in
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:.
- Contribute to, and where accountable define policies and processes that support the Ubiquity and Program/
- Use and understand Ubiquity People tools and policies, engaging with program clients effectively to ensure
- Drive consistency of approach across the company in attracting, managing and developing talent to support
- Work closely with all Ubiquity People colleagues to ensure that tools and policies are aligned, enhance
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the landscape for
- Provide expert input across a range of HR issues (generalist / specific expertise); Design and deliver high
- Coach and build the capability of people managers to anticipate and pre-empt organizational issues.
- Participate in relevant projects, leading and championing as appropriate (Site-wide and/ or Global-wide) the
- Keep up to date with external trends and best practice in the areas of expertise and HR more broadly.
- Continuously drive improvements in tools and policies through external market trends, insight, and internal
- Proactively share best practice, intelligence, and potential Ubiquity Wide activities within HR function.
- Build relationships and form alliances with external counterparts, communities of practiceand stakeholders to
- Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose the underlying issues and build the casefor change
dependencies, risk, potential scenarios and options to mitigate.
- Ensure minimum Satisfactory rating on internal and external HR audits.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist) gained in large complex organization(s)
- At least 2 years of extensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with local
- Knowledge of current thinking in Human Resources issues and trends and evidence of Continuing
Skills and Competencies:
- Is ready and able to take the initiative, originate action and be responsible for the consequences of the
- Communicates challenges and influences a variety of stakeholders effectively. Ability to present sound
people in a way that results in agreement or behavior change. Where necessary resolves highly- charged,
high-profile conflicts;
- Adapts and works effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, or groups. Is able to understandand
a situation change, and to change or easily accept changes in one’s own organization orjob
requirements. Builds strategic partnerships both within and outside of Ubiquity;

commitment and motivation;
- Able to simplify complex problems, processes, or projects into component parts, explore and evaluate them
problem-solving. Takes decisions at times when there are many unknowns, but procrastinating is not an

- Personally resilient. Is able to dig deep and deal with disputed issues and ethical dilemmas. Represents
