We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will focus on recruitment, training and development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with management and employees to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with business unit heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Utilize various platforms and strategies to attract top talent and promote the employer brand.
Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through team-building activities and recognition programs.
General HR Support:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Assist in performance management processes and talent reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and training and development.
- Proven experience in driving employee engagement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency Google Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
