We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our Human Resources team, with a strong focus on data entry and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and is comfortable managing HR-related documentation and records.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update employee information in HR systems and databases
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data
- Organize and file digital or physical HR documents
- Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and summaries for HR activities
- Support the team in day-to-day HR operations and admin tasks
- Ensure data confidentiality and integrity in all HR records
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and support various HR functions as needed
- Experience using HRIS or HR software
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or data entry
