- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and facilitate training sessions.
- Help prepare reports on HR metrics and initiatives.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and feedback collection.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and follow-ups.
