We're Hiring: HR Associate!
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Support onboarding processes for new hires and facilitate training sessions.
Help prepare reports on HR metrics and initiatives.
Participate in employee engagement activities and feedback collection.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
bachelor’s degree in human resources human resources or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in HRIS systems and ticketing tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
