The HR Associate - Recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end talent recruitment processing. This would include sourcing, interview scheduling, CV screening, interviewing and recruitment query management. Below
- Manages all media channels for talent attraction such as Jobboards, Social Media, ERP and Headhunters. Maintain and improve channels to attract more qualified candidates.
- Handles queries from candidates, employees, Managers and recruitment partners in a professional and timely manner.
- Arranging interviews and sending out confirmations.
- Administer, check and interpret tests of candidates.
- Assists the Recruitment Manager with all administration connected with organizing candidates assessment.
- Performs initial background check as needed.
- Manages ATS and any other candidates database
- Attends job fairs and other offsite activities ot increase sourcing
