Job Specification:

• Graduate of 4-year Human Resource course or any related course.
• Related 3 years experience in all of the following HR activities: recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, offboarding.
• 1-2 years experience in office administration.

Job Description:

• Recruitment of new employees and replacement of resigned employees in the location.
• Onboarding of newly-hired employees.
• Offboarding of separated employees.
• Assist in employees' employment related inquiries and requests such as but not limited to: compensation, benefits, etc.
• Implementation of employee engagement activities throughout the year.
• Implementation of CSR activities such as Brigada Eskwela, Blood Donation, and etc.
• Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Manage the orderliness and cleanliness of Bacolod office.
• Maintain the efficiency of the office building, utilities, furnitures, and equipments.
• Process and ensure the timely payment of all Bacolod office utilities such office space rent, electricity, office space water supply, drinking water, telephone, and etc.
• Ensure availability of stocks for cleaning and proper hygiene.
• Manage the schedule of all Bacolod office meeting rooms.
• Keep administration costs within the budget.
• Supervise the guards and utility personnel.
• Other important tasks deemed necessary for the completion of the department's responsibilities.
