HR ASSISTANT ( LABOR RELATION) RETAIL COMPANY - BGC TAGUIG

  • Graduate of HR Related degree (4 yr. course)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in Labor Law

Background in

  • Compensation and Benefits,
  • Time keeping/ Attendance monitoring
  • Recruitment, Hiring process, On boarding
  • Employee relations/ Company events
  • Training and Development
  • Performance Evaluation
  • Handling complaints, Grievance procedures
  • Handling 201 files and other Confidential documents
  • Handling in Liaison role

Familiar with SSS,Pag-Ibig Fund, Philhealth, DOLE and other Government reports.

  • Preferably have HR experience in Retail Business- Supermarket/Department Store and Merchandising.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Work Location: BGC Taguig
