- Graduate of HR Related degree (4 yr. course)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge in Labor Law
- Compensation and Benefits,
- Time keeping/ Attendance monitoring
- Recruitment, Hiring process, On boarding
- Employee relations/ Company events
- Training and Development
- Performance Evaluation
- Handling complaints, Grievance procedures
- Handling 201 files and other Confidential documents
- Handling in Liaison role
- Preferably have HR experience in Retail Business- Supermarket/Department Store and Merchandising.
