Role: HR Assistant

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance & Performance Bonus

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Philippine Time (Enjoy work-life balance with a fixed Monday to Friday schedule.)

Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training, and HR Administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits and be eager to contribute to a dynamic HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Assist in payroll processing by preparing employee data, tracking attendance, and monitoring deductions.
  • Handle government-mandated benefits processing (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
  • Process HMO enrollment, updates, and claims for employees.
  • Maintain records of leave balances, allowances, and other employee benefits.


Recruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other job platforms.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and job offers.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.


Training & Development

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, seminars, and workshops.
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external training providers.
  • Track training attendance, completion, and feedback.
  • Help maintain employee development records.


HR Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update employee 201 files, contracts, and HR-related documents.
  • Prepare HR reports, certifications, and other employment-related documents.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing company HR policies and compliance with DOLE regulations.
  • Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in compensation & benefits, recruitment, training, or HR administration is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
